Watch The Crazies Online Movie 2010

In a terrifying tale of the American Dream gone wrong, four friends find themselves trapped in their hometown in The Crazies, a reinvention of the George Romero classic.David Dutton is sheriff of Ogden Marsh, a picture-perfect American town with happy, law-abiding citizens. But one night, one of them comes to a school baseball game with a loaded shotgun, ready to kill. Another man burns down his house after locking his wife and young son in a closet inside. Something is infecting the citizens of Ogden Marsh . . . with insanity.The few still sane find themselves trapped: Sheriff Dutton; his pregnant wife, Judy; Becca, an assistant at the medical center; and Russell, Dutton’s deputy and right-hand man. Forced to band together, an ordinary night becomes a struggle for survival as they try to get out of town alive.

The Crazies is about the inhabitants of a small Iowa town suddenly plagued by insanity and then death after a mysterious toxin contaminates their water supply. One man, his wife, a nurse, and the sheriff try to survive this plague, but the military is killing everyone on sight. They’re going to have to fight their way out, or die by either the plague or the military.At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the advertising for The Crazies has been uniformly good over the past couple of months. It doesn’t have me bolting out of my chair or anything, but for a genre picture – particularly this genre – they’re making the right choices.As you probably know, it’s a George Romero remake, but without the instant name recognition of Dawn of the Dead. However, it looks like that’s the plan of attack director Breck Eisner is using for The Crazies as well, and why not? He’ll be extremely fortunate if this movie turns out as well as Zack Snyder’s Dawn. And, you know, just because it’s a remake doesn’t mean he has to completely go against the grain. There should be some effort made to keep what works and find a way to tell that story to a fresh audience. So far, based on the trailers and clips and commercials, I think they’ve achieved that.

2 X INTEL XEON 2.4GHZ PROCESSOR or 1.8 Ghz Core 2 Duo?

i’m considering buying a pc from ebay and narrowed it down to 2 choices with the above 2 processors. i’ll mainly use it for basic use, watching movies and some simple gaming (football manager 2010 ). xeon one is 100 pounds cheaper than the core 2 duo. which one should i go for? i’ve heard xeons are mainly for server computers but are they good enough for home use as well?? both have xp installed.

The Xeons are designed for server/workstation use but typically perform very similar to their standard counterpart – generally they either have a larger cache (or in the case of i7 based Xeons dual qpi to allow dual cpu’s) i’d say they’d be fairly close performance wise (older p4 based xeon x2 @ higher clock vs newer more efficient c2d @ lower clock) – the dual xeon probably slighty qucker – the main thing i’d be looking at is which has a better graphics card considering you’re interested in gaming – also does the xeon board have a 16xPCI-E 2.0 slot for a modern graphics card? The C2D probably does but the xeon board may not – for upgradabilities sake if this is the case i’d go the c2d if the xeon PC has got the slot i’d go the xeon

Only other consideration is power usage – the xeon system will likely use a bit more power and generate a little more heat
