Games Austin Tx Questions
Do they show all/most of the Houston Astros games in Austin, Tx on FSN? Or, is it just terrible Ranger games?
I am new to the Austin/ Round Rock area and I have to know. I can’t imagine why they would show Rangers games. After all, they have the AAA affiliate in the Express. Anyway, anyone who actually knows the answer, let me know. Thanks.
I really wish there were more Rockets games here. I just cannot get behind the teams I’ve despised my entire life(spurs, Mavs)
You can get alot of Astros games here on Fox Sports SW. Not every game, but probably about 75% of them. Also a few games on local TV station, can’t remember which one, but its Channel 77 on my Time Warner cable.
Catching Rockets games is a whole different story. Unless its on ESPN,TNT, or NBA TV all you get is Spurs games.
Are there any bad seats at the Longhorns football stadium in Austin?
I just bought tickets for around $100 each from a broker to the TX / Oklahoma St. game in November, and now I’m curious if I got a good deal or not. I’m in Section 1, which is a corner section, but it’s lower level, so I figured it couldn’t be too bad. However, I’ve heard that there are some obstructed-view seats at this stadium, so I hope that I’m not going to be blocked for the whole game.
Has anyone sat in Section 1, row 64, at Darrel K Royal stadium, that can shed light on this??
I’ve never sat in Section 1. You can pretty much see everything that goes on from just about any seat in the stadium. I sat in Section 105, which is in the upper level, saw the game pretty good from up there. UT-OSU is always a good match-up, you will get what you paid for out of that game.
