how do you play PS2 or other console games online?
this may seem like a dumb question, but i’m only now going to buy a PS2. how do you play online? i need to use my internet cable connection, right? but how do i connect that to a console??
well 1st you need 2 go 2 PlayStation.com and register Ur PlayStation2 after u have filled in all Ur details (name, address, email, serial number etc) UL b asked 4 an access number (its the long a$$ number on the PS2 main instruction booklet) enter this and u then b asked 4 a gaming Handel after u do all of this UL be sent out a access disc once u get this u just have 2 connect the PS2
if u have a router u plug one end of an ethernet cable in the router and the other end in 2 Ur PS2 then just insert access disc and follow instructions
if u haven’t got a router u need 2 buy a crossover cable and plug one end in to Ur PS2 and the other end into Ur PC. but if u dent have a spare network port in Ur PC Ur better off buying a router and using the fist set up above
