American Xbox games on English 360?
Hi there,
I used to have an american xbox and so had to buy NTSC games for it.
Now I have an english xbox 360. My NTSC xbox game Jade Empire runs fine on it, while my NTSC game Knights of The Old Republic does not.
Does anyone know why this is?

Some games are actually region free even though they may say NTSC or otherwise. This is probably the case with a game like Jade Empire. Others like KOTOR are strictly NTSC, PAL, or otherwise. You lucked out with Jade Empire, but most aren’t going to work.
