If you have windows XP and different user accounts (like you and your brother for instance) it might be possible. I managed to run one client in one session (mine) then switch user (NOT closing session) and running the same client in another session.

You can create user accounts from control panel -> user accounts.

It should work (assuming you have two accounts for that game because no game would allow the same account to be logged twice but that’s pretty obvious)

Just because you have the game doesn’t mean you can play it, you are not paying for the game but instead the CD-key that comes with it, you need the CD-key to register an account to be able to play the game, unless of course you plan on playing on a private server in which case you can just download the game.

You can pay for a CD-key online with a credit card if you want to at the blizzard website, if you have access to a credit card then there should be no need to go to a store and buy a copy of the game. Simply download it and purchase a CD-key off the web
