Does anybody know the phone number to customer service for EA games?
I am very upset about a game I preordered over a month ago. The release date was yesterday and mine was not even shipped yet! I know people who went to the store and bought a copy of it already … thank you … Grrrrrrrrrr update: I called EA games to ask why My game has not shipped yet and they said that because the release date was changed to the 27th which is bull because people on the boards have already the game. Moreover they said something about charging me when it comes, but I already paid for it and have the recipe in my Paypal!
I do not think they know one. I had a problem went to the site and again no phone #. It is a section to view frequently asked questions, but none seems to work. Unfortunately, you will just have to wait because they have your money and do not care if you ever have your party.
